All shipping charges for the artworks on this site are delivered by cash on delivery. It is difficult to present shipping charges of artworks in advance because insurance premiums and packing charges vary depending on the material, size, amount of money and so on. We will inform you of the estimated amount by e-mail at the time of shipping.

Framing

Whether or not there is a frame depends on the artwork. For works with a framing, please refer to the description of the detail page of each product.

Price of artworks

All the artworks on the site are displayed at the tax-included price.

Returns and exchanges

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations. Since the artworks on the site are all one-of-a-kind items, we cannot accept exchanges or cancellations due to customer's convenience, so please check the product in advance before purchasing. However, we will respond to fault in products and quantities, so please contact the above contact within 7 days of the arrival of the products.
